Project Description
St. Basil was known for promoting the Holy Spirit within the Church. Timothy has portrayed this saint releasing a dove, the symbol of the Holy Spirit, into Heaven. His face and dress were inspired by early Christian iconography. The expression of St. Basil’s face shows his character and conviction.
